Action Kids – FAQ’s
What do we wear to Action Kids?
Jogging bottoms and a t-shirt are the most practical. Nothing too smart as we do some work on the floor. Trainers or pumps are the best type of footwear. There are a range of Action Kids T-shirts available in lovely bright colours, so you can choose your favourite.
What do we bring to Action Kids?
We recommend a bottle of water for during the session, this also sets good habits for little ones to remember to drink plenty of water during the day. You are also welcome to bring a favourite teddy to join in the fun!
Can I bring my other children along?
Siblings are welcome (and encouraged) to come along. Participating siblings may receive a discount. Please check with your Action Kids Practitioner for details. How many other children will be in a session? Class sizes usually range from 5 to 15 children per class.
What ages of children can do Action Kids?
Action Kids have 3 main classes: Babies (0 – 2), Pre-school (2 – 4) and School (4 – 7) although welcome families of mixed ages in the pre-school classes. Please ask your Practitioner for further details.
Do classes run all year?
Most classes run during school term times and have a break to match with school holidays. Please check with your Practitioner for your local class times.
Can we go to Action Kids in the holidays?
Many Practitioners run special themed sessions in the holidays.
These are very popular, so we recommend you book early! Please ask your Practitioner for details.
